"OEM" generally has two modes, OEM and ODM
OEM production, commonly known as foundry (production), is characterized by the fact that the manufacturer only takes care of production, design, technology, capital, market, and raw materials. The product is bought out by the entrusting party at a low price, and the entrusting party’s brand trademark is directly affixed.
In ODM production, one party buys the other party's existing brand, and the seller sells the products specified by the buyer under the buyer's brand according to the contract, or sells the products specified by the buyer under his own or a third-party brand according to the contract.
Substitution of materials by OEM means that the OEM production worker entrusts the amount of raw materials to the manufacturer in the form of a contract, and the specific division of responsibilities is determined by the contract.
