PCBA patch processing technology is very complicated, including PCB manufacturing process, component procurement and inspection, SMT patch assembly, DIP plug-in, PCBA testing and many other important processes. PCBA inspection is the most critical quality control link in the entire PCBA processing process, which determines the final performance of the product. So what is the PCBA test table? PCBA test mainly includes five forms: ICT test, FCT test, aging test, fatigue test and test under harsh environment.
1. ICT test mainly includes circuit continuity, voltage and current value, fluctuation curve, amplitude, noise, etc.
2. The FCT test requires IC program ignition, the function of the entire PCBA board is simulated and tested, hardware and software problems are found, and the necessary production fixtures and test racks are provided.
3. The fatigue test is mainly to sample the PCBA board, perform high-frequency and long-term operation on the function, observe whether there is a failure, and judge the probability of the test failure, so as to feedback the working performance of the PCBA board in the electronic product.
4. The test in harsh environment is mainly to expose the PCBA board to harsh temperature, humidity, drop, splash and vibration, and obtain the test results of random samples, thereby inferring the reliability of the entire batch of PCBA board products.
5. The aging test is mainly to energize the PCBA board and electronic products for a long time, maintain their working status, and observe whether there is a fault. Electronic products can only be sold in bulk if they have undergone burn-in testing.
